We were invited by Margot Henderson and Melanie Arnold to collaborate in some way for a dinner they had been invited to host at Rochelle ICA. We had inherited a collection of waiters jackets from Fergus Henderson at St John, and a number of Margot’s well loved aprons, which we deconstructed and re-formed to create two 9.5 m long table cloths as a backdrop to Margot’s feast.
