While in Los Angeles, we stayed at one of the Treetops Duplex houses designed by Dion Neutra – son of Richard Neutra. We were incredibly aware of the vibrancy of the colour created by the Californian skies. Taking this as the starting point for our palette of clothes, we then responded to the city from within the house. The front illustrates the schism caused by the glass shelving within the window frames, while the back describes the view from a window, seen through the trunks of the eucalyptus trees that surround the building.
