Quilt 44
H 93cm x W 79cm
Cotton and Silk
POA
Having been given three Irish work shirts, much loved and worn by the publisher and author Barnaby Rogerson, we decided to deconstruct a single shirt and fit the pieces back together, much like the metal of a car that has been crushed to a cube, and using exactly half the shirt on each side of the quilt. The colourful negative space reminds us of the complexity of the shirt pattern.
